Well when I girst called for a ride to my destination he guy was very rude .when I called to go back to my other destination I waited for about an hour .not very professional.

most of the drivers tell you the credit card machine doesn't work, because they are charged 5% by the taxi company to process credit cards. If they tell you it doesn't work, simply tell them to call the dispatcher and have the dispatcher run the credit card threw the computer.

I just have to share that my boyfriend and I had the WORST experience with Yellow Cab. We were planning a night out of dinner and drinks, so we did the responsible thing and wanted to take a cab. We had dinner reservations at 7pm so we wanted to be picked up at 6:30pm to give us enough time. I purposely called Yellow Cab at 5:30 (a whole hour ahead of time) to set up a pick up for 6:30. 6:30 comes and goes, 6:45 comes and goes, I call back and the not very pleasant dispatcher Alex let me know that the cab driver was on his way. Finally, the driver arrives at 6:50….already pretty angry and upset that we are running late for our dinner reservation, we get in the cab and I just wanted confirm that he accepts credit cards since they advertise on their main webpage that they do. We have used Yellow Cab in the past and used a credit card many times. He states “no it’s broken….” Like are you kidding me? So you are 20 minutes late and now you tell me that your credit card machine is broken…. I asked what he could do for us and he stated that he could call another cab to come pick us up. Maybe if he were on time this could have been an option, but no. Since he was already 20 minutes late after I had called a whole hour ahead of time, we just decided to drive ourselves. I call back Alex and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. He states that he is the only one there. I express my concern and let him know how upset I am about our experience with Yellow Cab. He had nothing to say, nothing to offer me, just said “sorry.” I am in the customer service industry and there is always something to do or say to make the customer feel better or fix the situation. I also questioned him why it was so hard to get through when calling and also why the driver was almost 30 minutes late and on a Thursday night to boot! He stated “People are getting their tax returns and they want to go out shopping” Really Alex, how many people are out on shopping sprees at 7pm on a Thursday night. Not the right thing to say to me when I am already upset. He just seemed very uninterested and didn’t really care what I had to say. I let him know that I was going to write this review so when he sees it, he should not be surprised.
As a whole I am very disappointed and upset with Yellow Cab. I understand that they are the only Cab Company in Lancaster but I plan to never use them again. A company should pride themselves on great customer service, efficiency, and being able to get the job done, and I am sad to say that Yellow Cab can do none of these things.

used this service daily till other day when i was walking because of a delay and got picked up on a corner where there is a local LGBT bAR AND HAD DISPATCHER MAKE A COMENT ABOUT MY SEXUALITY
