These people insisted that a yearly visit be scheduled in order to renew birth control, despite that new law warrants two years between visits. No big deal... During appointment, we were told we would be referred to a neurologist for severe headaches, etc. Now (two weeks later) we are told that we must come in for a visit to pay another copay in order to get the referral, as it is a separate appointment for each issue... What?! Same doctor will say the same thing, but wants to take us for all the money we can fork out. Will NEVER allow this business to bend us over.
