Best results I've ever had at a tailor. My suits are always slim fit bit need a fair amount of work, Ayhan does a PERFECT job every single time, even with pieces that don't have much room to work with he nails it every time. Might be a little more than most are used to but it is well worth it. Won't ever go anywhere else, especially for suits.

I needed to get my Senior Ball tuxedo tailored 2 nights before Ball. I didn't think they were going to be able to get it finished, but Ayhan promised me that he will have it ready within a day. I went in the next day and just like he said, the tux was perfectly altered to my dimensions. I couldn't be happier, definitely recommend this tailor shop!

Excellent service and a very well kept place. I took a bridesmaids dress there and the turn-around was a week and they offered to move even more quickly. They steamed my dress for me and made sure everything was flawless before I left. I brought a dress made of chiffon. I would recommend this place for any type of alteration. I was looking for a small black dress and they had the style I wanted. When I heard the price ($25) for a tailor made dress I didn't hesitate. In fact I ordered 2 more dresses in the same style but different colours. Then extra 2 dresses in different styles. The following day 3 of the dresses fitted perfectly and some corrections were made to the rest of the dresses. I ordered another dress. Very attentive staff. They want to ensure you leave happy, come back and recommend their services to friends and family. I will.

I had a pleasant experience at west town alterations getting my prom tuxedo altered. I took it in about 2 days before prom and they had it done and ready for me by prom morning. Excellent Service, i was very pleased!

I've taken any number of items in for tailoring and am always pleased with the results. Once I brought in a skirt to be taken in - the zipper pull had broken off and i was using a safety pin instead. When I got the skirt back, my tailor at west town alterations had replaced the entire zipper free of charge - that's a service oriented business! The best thing about Mr. Ayhan is that he really understands how clothes are made and are supposed to fit - this is especially important for the ladies when it comes to dresses. Highly recomended service..

have been going here to have my alterations done for a couple of years now. They are great! I have had them alter several dress shirts and they fit like they were custom-made shirts. They have also re-cut a couple of suits and they have turned out amazing. I purchase alot of my clothes at Neiman Marcus and have started bringing all of my alterations to them; because they are done better. TWO BIG thumbs up!

This place is GREAT! I would absolutly recommand this to any and everyone! He sculptures your clothing to how ever you choose it to be! Its a great friendly environment and you can def. tell he loves doing his job with great care. If you have a suit or prom dress this is the #1 place to take it!

I brought in a suit that needed to be cut and hemmed. I was quite impressed at the steps taken to measure it and upon picking up the suit, the work was excellent. I would also recommend this shop to others and plan to continue using.

This tailoring shop has done such a great job on my family's clothes! My buddy also gets his suits tailored here and also my daughters prom dresses have been done here. They always have great service. My clothes come back neatly pressed and if anything needs to get adjusted they redo it for no charge (but that rarely happens).

Ruined a suit and a Blazer. He said he could make them look right without taking in the shoulders because I didn't want to spend too much money on an old suit. Got them back and there were deep wrinkles across the chest and shoulders. He offered to fix it for me if I would pay him the price.. how nice. He is supposed to be the professional and if he knew the shoulders would need to be altered, he should have told me. So, he is either a crook or incompetent - I'll let you choose. I hope he enjoys the $200 I spent with him. It will be the last time he sees any of my money and hopefully I can steer some other people from making the same mistake I did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. By the way, he did fix one of my blazers "correctly", but the workmanship is marginal at best. For what he charges, I would have been better off to just buy all new clothes. $130 per jacket!

I enjoyed doing business with the owner. He custom made my suit on time and to my specifications. I will continue to do business with him and recommend to anyone in the West Knoxville area! He is the best custom tailor in town!

I took an article of clothing in that needed an alteration. After 3, yes 3!!!, trips it was still not right. I was tired of the whole thing and just wanted to be done so I requested a refund. Which to my surprise I was told they would only give me part of my money back! What exactly am I paying for?! I was told by the owner they could do this job and they didn't provide the agreed upon services, yet they are keeping some of my money? Not to mention the fact that in the course of 45 minutes, while discussing the problem and the refund, the owner's wife refused to listen to me, argued with me, called me a liar, hung up on me, and told me that I was causing trouble. Me...the customer! How did I cause trouble? Was I the one who could not alter a piece of clothing? NO! Was I the one who required someone else to drive to them 3 times only to get a messed up piece of clothing? NO! Was I the one that was refusing to refund money for services that I did NOT provide? NO! Yet... somehow, I was told, I am causing trouble. Figure that one out!!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!! THEY NEED A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
