Review for BRAKE WORK:

Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person. This is a long-time FAMILY business, and on my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and sweet young lady who turned out to be the OWNER's grand-daughter... BTW guys, she was TOTALLY beautiful too - she could be Scarlett Johannsen's twin sister! What a doll.



Anyway, I met with the manager Robert, who immediately DROVE my car around the block for his personal diagnosis of the problem. Then they put my car up on a rack for another mechanic to confirm Robert's diagnosis. Importantly - ALL of the steps up to this point ARE FREE - THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR INSPECTION!



After they looked at it Robert explained what needed to be done: new brake pads, new rotors (I agreed, knew they were wharped, I could feel the shake and shimmy). Gave me an estimated total cost including tax, and THEN LET ME DECIDE. No pressure, just honest evaluation and information. I appreciated that greatly.



Price was fair, work was done quickly, and the service was great. I HIGHLY recommend this business, which is also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

I went to Quick O Muffler for auto repair on June 9th 2012. After the work was done, my car had some new problems. Their response: You need to take it to Pep Boys. This made me wonder if they even did the work that I paid them for.

Great place and nice people fair prices. Don't be afraid to go there might look like ruff neighborhood but really not that bad.
