They promised to have new tires and nitrogen filled. said they were filled with nitrogen. Asked were they got them and it was pep boys, went to pep boys and they said they don't have nitrogen. Then was told we would get a key fob for key less entry and a spare key. 5 weeks still nothing. As well was promised to have paint chips and scratches repaired 5 weeks later still not done. Called and said everything was done and ready to go. Sad they treat customers this way. My first purchase was great a year ago, now there going down hill with customer service and not owning up to there promises and 90% of cars there are wrecked. I won't Be shopping there anymore and taking my business else where. As well I will be returning the vehicle and getting my down payment back, contract agreements were not kept.

This would have been a 5-star rating of it had not been for a comment I overheard from one of the finance guys to another salesman. "The customer doesn't get to trick us. We trick the customer." If I had heard that before I made my deal, I would have left and not looked back! This was very disappointing. My salesman, Michael M., was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. I love my new car!

Another excellent purchase, this is why we come back. The dealership is excellent. From their service manager, Linda to their manager Sunil, they just understand customer service. We loved our salesman, Matt and knew we were in good hands. When taking the car home, we felt we made the right decisions. Matt and Sunil represent the company with high standards and you get the best when you enter the dealership!

A purchase that seemed impossible at first was made a reality when Michael, Lincoln and Randy teamed up and figured out way to get me into my 2014 Jetta. These guys can work miracles.

Worked with Ryan, Don and Rob. They worked really hard to get me in another vehicle when the one I wanted was sold when I returned a couple days later. They found me a newer year vehicle, and got me in it at a much lower price. Thanks guys you have my business.

Ole Ben Franklin Motors is a great dealership with great customer service! I was looking for a car online and found I wanted. to check out so I called them. They were very nice and helpful over the phone. I went to the dealership and was helped very fast and was shown many cars that were in my price range. I was given a very fair deal on the car I bought. I was made to feel like a valued customer and left satisfied.

This is going to be a long review. I will keep the main details in the beginning;



I had a car that was worth $1500 (I felt it was worth what Ben motors offered me) but I owed $6000 on the loan. Therefore, I was turned down by everyone; from Easy Auto, JD Bryder, to Toyota of Knoxville, Terry Cunningham ford, ted russell nissan. Even Clayton Motors who is buy here pay here. It was sad. I gave up hope until I finally went to Ben Motors.



When I sat down with Tarl, I told him I needed him more then he needed me. (Great way to make a deal) He said we will get it done. That night, he ran my credit (I had over 100 inquiries on my credit report due to the loan requests) Even though he knew my issues (most dealers I said that and they said come back when you are ready) and still Tarl took me to a 2009 Nissan Altima and we even took it for a test drive. (The first test drive out of all places) Car price $16,000



After we came back, I was like awesome car. But wasn't impressed cause I figured I would be walking out with my beat up car. He then said done deal. I had this feeling before, it always ends up bad. Well, he said here are the keys and my eyes lit up. I sat down with finance and they went over the deal. They offered me $3,000 for my trade in. This deal was unreal. Well, come to find out my finance charge was 17%.



Two weeks later they said come back in, we need to talk about your deal. I came in and they were able to get me approved for another company at 14.5%. (how does a bad company actually pass that onto the customer, let alone spend their time to do that.



The car runs great, no problems. I had an issue with corroded battery, but took it to Ben Motors repair shop where they cleaned it, and good as new. (Even the mechanic dropped what he was doing and did it for me right away.)



Overall, the support was top notch, and the service is good so far.



I hope this review helps, and believe me when I say I was turned down by everyone besides Ole Ben Motors. Just make sure you tell Tarl if you can get "him" approved, you can get anyone approved.

They worked with me for hours ...

They worked with me for hours trying to get a car I wanted from a dealer in texas. Went the extra yard and had the car ready for Transfer, however my credit prevented it. Great people people focused. they want to help. If anyone can get you financing in KNoxville with bad credit, They can.
