Tim and his crew came out to our property and completed a walkway, retaining wall and some general landscaping. The process was smooth, even with a day of rain. His crew was courteous and the job was exactly what we were looking for. Local small business. If you need landscaping done, check them out.

Tim Moore is a great guy. He has personally come out to my home and worked with me on doing my patio. He is friendly, and very professional. He is the owner and he is out there working right along with his crew. He drew up the contract and personally delivered it to my home. His workers are very friendly as well. Looking forward to having a beautiful stone patio.

Moore's Landscaping completed a job for my house a few weeks ago. Before the project even began, Tim Moore (owner) came out to our house 3 separate times to discuss the project and answer our questions. We had a drainage issue to care for in addition to the landscaping we wanted. The crew was prompt and did fantastic work.

Our new house had a problem with the lawn not being graded correctly. When it rained a major portion of our front yard would have water pooled for a couple of days. It ended up killing the sod. We tried contacting several companies and had problems with them answering calls, returning calls, and showing up for appointments. Tim Moore (yes - your talking to the owner) answered the first time we called and we were able to set up an appointment for the next day. Tim showed up for the appointment on time and explained to us what needed to be done and gave us options for how to accomplish it. We ended up having Moore's Landscaping correct the drainage problems and re-sod our entire yard. Tim gave us a written contract. They did a fantastic job. The lawn looks great and they fixed the drainage issues. They honored the contract price even though there were delays (not their fault in any way) that had to have cost them time and money. Moore's Landscaping is very professional, honest, a local company, and I highly recommend them. We already have them lined up for a second job.

Good Communicator and did a decent job on the retaining wall. My one complaint is "HE made the decision to plant the grass seed on the day there was a big storm coming". To say the least, during the storm it looked like the muddy mississippi. Said he would make it right after all top soil and seed were washed away. We take pride in our yard and even overseeded again with the same seed but without any topsoil and after applying weed-and-feed and water at the proper times all we ended up with was crabgrass. In the end, I am extremely disappointed he took no resposibility and said he can't fight Mother Nature when it was his decision to apply the seed on the day the storm was coming so he could rush to another job. All other services and communication was satisfactory. Disappointed was not a man of his word when he said he'd make it right originally after the storm. He blamed it on Mother Nature and suggested I obtain a lawn service. I'll apply top soil and seed myself.

Tim Moore of Moore's Landscaping has done a wonderful job for me. My place has never looked this good-from the fabulous raised beds made with the new stone- like pavers to the finishing touches of fine mulch and great landscaping. All employees were skillful and polite. I have many more plans and Tim Moore has my vote to handle the job. Suzy Skeen Lenoir City

They even took the time to ask me throughout the process if I liked the slope of the yard before they installed the sod. They transformed our outdated front yard landscaping into a beautiful, fresh look using encore azaleas, English dwarf boxwoods, Kousa dogwood, hostas, drift roses, and other plants. Tim and his guys have been maintaining my lawn for several years now. They always do a beautiful job and even replace plants if they don't make it. He always goes above and beyond to make sure my wife and I are happy.

Moore's landscaping does beautiful work. I have a black thumb except when it comes to weeds, I can grow those all day long. I met with Tim and showed him my embarrassing landscaping he helped me come up with a plan and gave me a proposal that met my needs and told me where there was flexibility if it didn't meet my budget. Even during the strangely rainy summer we are having the job was completed on time. I've gone from having the worst landscaping on my street to having the best. I would recommend Tim and Moore's to anyone.

Earlier this year I hired Tim and Moore's landscaping to build a new flagstone patio for me. Everything about the experience was overwhelmingly positive, from the beautiful finished patio and landscaping area to the commitment and dedication Tim showed to me as his client throughout the job. In addition to always doing exactly what he said he would do in relation to the job, there wasn't a day that went by that Tim didn't call to keep me informed about what was happening with the job that day. Tim made suggestions that I never would have thought of and the result is a backyard showplace that we are proud to share with our friends. Tim and his crew are consummate pros and take great pride in their work. His pricing was exactly what he said it would be, but the finished job was even better than I could have envisioned. I find myself looking out the window many times a day just to stare at it. I was so satisfied with the patio job that I immediately hired Moore's to mulch and landscape my entire front yard. Again, they did a perfect mulch job exactly within the price and time frame they promised. Moore's can do anything you need on your yard and will do it better than the next guy. If you are reading this review and thinking about hiring a landscaper, you'd be crazy to hire anyone but Tim for your landscaping needs. Call him now before someone else does!
