Bob Monday Properties

Bob Monday is a slum lord. Do not rent from Monday Properties. I rented an apartment in Kenwood Apartments. Upon move-in, it quickly became evident that the apartment was uninhabitable. Storms caused flooding in the bedroom; leaks caused mold in the walls and ceiling. As a result of the water-filled ecosystem created inside of the apartment from the floods and leaks, it was prime real estate for bugs, especially fungus gnats (tons and tons of them coming from the cracks between the cabinets and ceiling from the water leaks). Monday is very unresponsive and cares very little for your quality of life. He only cares about the dollars you give him for rent that he refuses to refund upon moving out from his uninhabitable apartment. If you're looking for a nightmare, Bob Monday and his ridiculously unresponsive management team would be a great place to rent from.

I typed the Honest Truth pertaining to an Eviction now in progress based on False Pretenses and it just deleted it. Anyway, I have taken professional photographs of Several violations. I have documentation and more solid evidence to take to court with me. I refuse to continue to use the attorney that Legal Aid assigned to me. She is going to get educated herself soon due to choosing to misrepresent me.

You are welcome to email me for further information. Previously I passed out brochures and applications to several people looking for an apartment. I added notations pertaining to the benefits of living here. I apologize if anyone did move here. Also, the referral fee of $200.00 per new tenant that signed a lease has never been offered to me. I have paid my rent up to three months at a time and only won the $50.00 early bird drawing, once, after calling this to the former manager's attention. I told Everyone that when the previous manager goes on vacation it will be a Permanent Vacation, she Will not Return. No one believed me. They Do Now!
