Dunkin'

My food was good but as I pulled up to get my order the gentleman at the window was verifying my order and taking payment when a rude lady (I assume manager) yell at him for leaving something out of a previous order. She was so loud and so rude and the look on his poor face was sad, he had to stop mid sentence to turn and listen to her. I felt embarrassed for him because he knew I could hear her and you could tell he was training. I can’t stand a manager that will call out an employee in front of customers and you don’t have to be rude, you can give constructive directions without yelling and being rude. For a customer to hear that I felt embarrassed. I will not be back if that’s how you treat hard working employees as he appeared to be trying and working hard.
