I’ve read so many negative reviews & all I can say is they are wrong! Why? I think these are the types out just for the drugs & ASP saw right through them! I have only had one nasty NP & hopefully that one won’t be there much longer! All employees have been exceptionally respectful & nice! You treat them respectfully you get respect! Period! These people aren’t stupid! They know what a lot of people are up to & don’t let them get away with it! They have very straight forward rules that they want followed to the letter or your out! It’s for their protection! Besides why should they have to go find you when your out side smoking?! If you can’t do with out a smoke for several hrs, you need to quit! They tell you it take several hrs! They don’t take as much time with the ones who are doing well because they help the ones that need extra care! If you alert them they will help you! I think this place is great! The negatives are just sore loosers who didn’t get what they wanted! I would recommend this place to any one! But you must be patient & willing to spend a long time there! Make other arrangements for your kids & other appointments! You need to save at least 4 plus he’s or more esp at your first visit! And for everyone’s info, “All” & I do mean, “All” pain clinics will give you as many urine tests as they can plus anything else they can think of because that’s where the money is! Testing labs make them millionaires w/kick backs! This place will work with you in your expenses! The only complaint is the place is very dirty!

The staff are very unhelpful, inconsiderate, and disrespectful to their patients. How can they leave a patient while doing nothing productive. Seems they have time to talk about everything and make plans for their weekend on company time while patients suffer for it.

I have to admit, I read the reviews beforehand and didn't know if I wanted to keep my appointment. I was very nervous and went in with bad expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff was all very helpful and friendly while being professional. No I didn't get medication on my first visit but I had some left from a prescription and go back in 2 weeks.. All in all, the experience I had was as pleasant as a doctor's visit can be.. The way I see it, treat people with respect and you will get that in return. Since it was my first visit it did take about 2 hours and 45 minutes but that is to be expected for a first appointment...

Tennessee's new law's are forcing people to go to pain clinic's to get a narcotic. Dr. Forrest cut my wife's pain meds in half from what her regular dr had her own. third visit back and he wanted to cut it again telling her he can't see any reason in an X-ray for her to even be in pain. And that everyone has back pain to just get use to it. They would not re-schedule her any more visit's because They say I yelled at the PA. I do have a loud voice but did not yell or everyone in the building would had none it. I reckon I hurt her feelings by the way I was talking to her. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. and yes this place could use a major cleaning. Not sure why they have tables to lay down on that looks like they were from the early 70"s. The chrome legs on them are all rusted, Yet they do not care

From Ruben Knight, patient. This place sucks bad. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and I'm not sure there is a bonified real MD in the whole building. And the nurse practitioner I had looks only about 20 years old and is always in fuzzy flip flops and puts her feet up on her desk all in my face. They won't give anything stronger than hydrocodone and for me nothing weaker than Dilaudid even touches me. It's a scanky nasty dump.

This place is a joke! I went there for one and a half years and was dismissed for being 1 pill short. I never failed a drug screen, never missed an appointment, and always took the recommendations that they made for me. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. I also agree with many of the reviews posted below as well. Stay far far away!

This was the worst place that I have ever been to...I was treated unfairly and the staff was very very very rude..In the short time I was there I never seen a Medical Doctor. ..Just a physicians assistants , I asked to speak to see one..All I got was a run around. ..It's alot of B.S. if you ask me. .

This was absolutely the worst experience I have had with so called professionals. I have been seeing a pain specialist for 4 years now, we had to move so I started going here, they were very rude, said they were not going to continue with the treatment I had been receiving they were going to make me start over with things that did not work in the past. They take x-rays at this location and don't even have a radiologist read them. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. Very Very Unprofessional, would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the most Unorganized selfish Staff I have have ever encountered. Unorganized, dis-respectful, secretive, gossiping, unaccountable, Unsupervised Mutts in the healthcare business ! will not listen to patients or investigate what has actually worked in the past.. it is as if, a chiropractor is "trying to build a costumer base, .. Don't put yourself through the frustration of going to the Lobby, you wont find a seat or a space for your wheel chair Awful , terrible filthy. I have more adjectives but I will just stop here.
