Before starting treatment, I'd wake up with a headache once or twice a week because of tension in my shoulders and neck. Now, in the space of only a few weeks, I have no headaches and the tension in my shoulders has decreased dramatically because the signals between my brain and neck/shoulders can travel more freely. All the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They'll work with you in order to give you the best care possible.

Dr. Parson and his staff are Terrific. A friend suggested Getting checked out. Although I have An occasional Pulled muscle or sprain I consider myself at 53 to be very healthy. The very first adjustment I experienced a pronounced difference in comfortable range of motion in my neck and shoulders (I may not of noticed but I had pulled my car into a parking spot by the building's sidewalk and had to back out after the adjustment. I've been using my car mirrors to back up my car for the last ten years or so , A pedestrian was walking behind my car and I turned my head to watch them pass without having to force my neck around)I've since started getting regular adjustments as maintenance and have experienced a 20 to 25% increase in comfortable range of motion , no back sprains or pulled muscles either.

I love Dr. Parson and his staff. Easy and accommodating appointments with virtually no wait time. All doctors offices should be this efficient.

The staff here are awesome and super friendly. They always greet you with a smile and by your name when you walk through the door. That is very uncommon in most fields and places and doesn't go unnoticed. Dr Z has been great to listen to all my questions and concerns, especially when it comes to when things are working and when they are not. When they aren't, he's quick to reevaluate and try another route instead of just continuing to "see if it will work" which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend if looking for chiropractic services!

This is an A++ company! I have been a patient of Dr. Parson for many years. Not only has he fixed my misalignments, but he has also advised me on different health issues that fall under his spectrum of expertise. He is a very professional, personal and gentle caregiver. His office staff have been and are alway the utmost friendliest that I have encountered, even on a Monday morning...early! Dr. Parson has even called me after hours when I have left a message about a concern. He truly is a great chiropractor that I have recommended on numerous occassions. I would not refer, nor would I continue to return to someone that I did not trust or have faith in. And Dr. Parson' spouse, is a very lovely, kind woman whom I am also glad to know.

Dr. Parson is, by far, the best Chiropractor in Knoxville. I was told, for years, surgery was the only option for me. Then, a miracle came along. He has helped me in so many ways. I am nothing, but great full for this man and his wonderful staff. I would recommend any and everyone to his office.
