Cleaners

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally dropped off our white comforter and wanted them to just wash it. Nothing special. We got it back a week later with black stains all in it. We took it back, they offered to rewash it and come back in a week. A week later, their dry cleaning machine is broken and they cannot rewash it.
Asked for our money and comforter back, they said "we no give money, no, no" even though they had already destroyed our comforter. So, I lost a $100 comforter and paid $22 to have it cleaned and it came back worse than before.

I felt compelled to write this review. I've only been going here since Nov 2016 when the other cleaners made my suit smell disgusting and ruined it. I saw the negative recently posted and I wanted to defend them. I was in the store to pick up my clothes when this woman and her husband were yelling at the man at the counter. I don't know if the cleaners did indeed do something to the suit but what I did see is the man who was complaining loudly and making obscene gestures from his car (grabbing his crotch) and yelling about writing a bad review. This coming from a man who was clearly in his 60's. The only thing I heard the man at the counter say is don't come back several times. He then turned his attention to me to retrieve my clothes. There was no middle fingers pointed at the customer...period. The man's wife seemed quiet and just went back to the car. Honestly....people have the write to complain but not to make things up. And this story by Mary is complete BS.

They are so helpful. The first time I went to them they totally saved me. Needed something for a funeral and got it to me within hours. They even turned their machines back on to help me out. I've been consistently using them for 6 months and its always good work.
