About Our Staff At Urgent Response Security, we know how important training is for our clients. We invest in our officers because our officers make the difference. Training plans are developed for each client based on their specific needs determined by the security assessment and client agreements. Progress can then be tracked against the training plan, regulatory requirements and client agreements and reported to the client on regular basis. Urgent Response Security is delivered through a highly effective blended approach utilizing classroom learning, on the job training and mentoring practice and drills and self-study. Security Officer training is structured into two-tiered professional development plans which include but not limited to: Intro to Security which build a foundation of basic security skills which all officers must complete before being assigned to a post. All Officers are fully certified in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations including all state required training before being placed or given an assignment. Once the officer is given an assignment he or she must demonstrate competency and able to retain information provided on the post-orders and the job specification.
