Aury's Unisex Salon

Ever since I came to Florida from New York, I've been looking for a hairstylist that can handle my hair according to this unpredictable weather here in FL. I finally found it Aura is the best, together with her team take good care of me and my family. I travel all the way from Orlando because it is all worth it! Thank you Ladies!

I asked the hairstylist how much was for a wash and set for my hair and she told me $35.00, so I decided to have my hair done, when I was done the hairstylist charges me $50.00 and on top of that my hair came out horrible, that will be my first and last time at the hair salon, I do not recommend anyone to go to that hair salon, I give it and "F"

I went there to get my hair done and I explained to the lady that since my hair was so curly it was hard to strengthen and maintain... I told her I just wanted it straighten and I did not want any chemicals in my hair. She washed my hair and what I thought was conditioner she left in my hair and had me sit in a waiting chair while she finished another customer. It took her almost 1 1/2 hrs to finish her customer, she kept stopping to gossip with other employees and co workers as well, which mad me angry because i was there first and didn't understand why I had to wait and why she was taking her time. When she finished she washed my hair and proceeded to blow dry and straighten ... It's been over a year and till this day my hair doesn't get curly, I told her I DIDN'T WANT CHEMICALS IN MY HAIR & I've come to find out she used a keratin to make my hair perfectly straight , she damaged my hair!!! My beautiful curls are now gone thanks to her... Smh

Very happy about my visit (I'm pretty picky when it comes to barbers). The barbers and stylists are pretty cool, met the owner and she has pretty fair prices. Will return! Thanks again!!!
