        I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance. Poor Customer Service, as a retiree from Farm Bureau of West Des Moines, IA. I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism at this office, from the Agent, Adjuster who has still not showed up after filing a claim more than 5 days ago for my Disabled Parents. Take your business someplace else. As a retiree and Shareholder I'm at a total loss of words for the way my parents have been treated. I will be contacting their Corporate Office.
