Edible Arrangements

I received a beautiful edible arrangement for Mother's Day. I was not home for their delivery on Sunday, so I received a call the next day saying they had missed me and wanted to deliver my arrangement. Unfortunately, I would not be home until after 6 PM. I told them to leave it on the porch. They were so concerned about leaving the fruit on the porch that they delivered it after 6 PM and called to let me know they were at the door. When I arrived home a few minutes later, it was there and still chilled. They obviously remade it that day. The chocolate covered strawberries and apples were lovely and tasted wonderful. I would definitely recommend Edible Arrangements in Keller, TX.

Horrible customer service. They don't answer their phones. Expect you to be available all day long for delivery. Screw up your orders. Very unprofessional.
