Pink & White Nail Spa Inc

So I go in today to get a fill on my nails. I was told 10 minutes, which was fine. LOTS of people come in after I do wanting manicures and pedicures. As I sit and wait and wait and wait, they are taking people that came in after I did. After sitting there for 40 minutes I get up to leave and the young man wants to know why, so I explain that all of these people that came in well after I did are being taken ahead of me. His reasoning was because they are getting more done than I am, ie spending more money, so they take priority. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I go there for convenience and they do a good job HOWEVER I do agree that their customer service is lacking. They're not very professional or friendly. Matter of fact, they're snippy towards each other. Also, their prices are higher than any other salon I've ever been to.

This was the first and only time I have been to this place. I am being liberal with my rating of 1 star. I will say the place was clean. I dropped in for a manicure. A young lady waited on me. As we sat down at her station to soak my hands, she asked me who cut my hair. I told her my hair lady's name and the manicurist said quote and I mean QUOTE "I'm not digging it". I thought surely I heard her wrong and asked her to repeat it. Again she said "I'm not digging it". I asked her what was wrong with it and she said it wasn't blended very good. So now I'm feeling terrible about my hair. We realized I still had alittle bit of gel clear polish on my nails and she got aggravated that she didn't know that before. She had to get a different solution for me to soak in. While I soaked, she proceeded to curl her eyelashes and apply mascarra. Then she answered her cell phone and argued with her mother-TWICE! She and the reception were busy planning their evening at the movies. She asked, in a digusted tone, why I would wear plain clear polish. She did a marginal job on my nails, leaving many rough edges that I had to file down after I left. When it came time to pay, she said she saved me $10 for not charging me for gel polish removal. I should have never left a tip, but I did.

What a horrible way to treat any customer, especially a new one to your place of business. You can bet I will not be returning there and will also spread the word about my experience. There may be some wonderful people working there, but you are only as strong as your weakest link and I certainly got the weakess link on my horrible visit there. Think twice before you go.

I love this place! My nails always look fabulous. They do a great job on my lashes. Their pedicures cannot be matched! I alway receive compliments!

I have been to this salon many times and have had a good experience. It is best to make an appointment as they do get busy at certain times.

I moved up north and was looking for a new place that could create the nails that I wanted. Andy was AMAZING!!!! He made my nails look the best they've ever looked. Pink and White Nail Spa is the only place I will go from now on to get my nails done!!! Thanks Andy!

last week we ( me and my friend) we went to this place get pedicure and full set because theirs coupon lead us to this place but the service so bad and service people so unprofessional . come and try for yourself
