Pierpont's is renowned as the home to the most popular Happy Hours in the 816. More than a restaurant, Pierpont's brings a historical essence role to Kansas City's vast history, named after the prominent railroad baron, J.P. (Pierpont) Morgan; Sixty percent of the restaurant's three-story structure is historical space, including the original women's smoking room, the women's waiting room, and the women and children's waiting room. Pierpont's was selected as the best architecturally designed restaurant as well as the best place to take out-of-town guests.
