Direct Automotive

If you go to Direct Automotive I would be careful. I found a car that I really liked. There was a weird sound and the dealer said that it was something to do with the tire and that it would cost about $35 bucks to have it fixed. I wanted to take the car to my mechanic where I have gone in the past to just get a used car inspection. They said that I could only take it to 3 places. The Hyundai dealership, Firestone, or some other place that I have never heard of. So I asked if I could go to 103rd and State Line to Goodyear. I felt more comfortable there. He then started to raise his voice asking why I have to take it there. If there is nothing to hide then why does it matter where I go? It’s my money plus when did Goodyear become a dangerous place to take your car it’s just a simple AutoCheck.

I purchased my second car from them. They have always treated me right. I will not shop anywhere else : )

They are awesome. I had the best experience shopping for used cars.

I think they have the best prices in town. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a Nissan Altima for my son from this dealership and overall it was a smooth process. They would not go down on the price but i still bought it at a good price. Will be back!!

Sent emails to find out about car. No response. Called them for carfax and they agreed to send but no carfax. Appears to be small time operators. Beware!

Bought an SUV here in late Sept. The car looked great. Drove well. However; I didn't have it longer than 1 month before the check engine light came one. It needed new tires, the exhaust manifold is cracked, the cat. converter is bad (not fixing major $$$!) and tranny issues are on the way. I was hesitant buying a car here and should have listened to my intuition. LIve and learn. I have since heard/read they sell high mileage junk the dealerships really don't want. Yes. they sell at cheaper "wholesale" pricing - but, for a reason! Not all cars/trucks are bad - but, buyer beware. I won't be back.

MIKE, THE JERK, IS THE RUDEST LOSER IVE SPOKEN TO ON THE PHONE FOR A CAR! I TALK TO ALOT OF DEALERS, AS I HELP FOLKS BUY CARS. HES THE WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH. YOU ARE CRAZY IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS PIECE...! I WANTED TO BUY A CAR FOR THE PRICE ON LINE...NO DISCOUNT! AND HE WAS STILL A COMPLETE LOSER. TELLING ME HE WOULDNT TAKE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO HOLD FOR A DAY OR TWO.. WHICH IS OK...AND THEN TELLING ME HE WOULDNT SELL ME THE CAR AT ALL BECAUSE HE FELT LIKE IT! cant stand doing business with them, mike wont fix anything and they both have excuses for what might be wrong with a car. they dont care if you buy a car or not. and the warrenty ---- does not mean a thing . run , as fast as you can away from here,

I found the owner Mike to rude & extremely pushy. I was interested in a car and he told me someone was driving hours to purchase the car in the morning but I could buy the car now or never. Exact words, "First come, first serve - its just the way I do business." His warranty on used cars is nearly non-existent although I must say he will have decent prices in comparison to many other small-time car dealers. It just would have been nice if he was not so condescending. We all know a dealer is going to sell a car when he can - but to be so blunt to say basically - come and lay the money down and I'll forget the people coming in the morning??? He was either pressure selling or bluffing. The friend I came with also said they would rather pay a higher price than do business with this man. He literally acts like he is above everyone else and you know it the moment you speak to him - you are not only a number - you are below him. I hope he wakes up and realizes - kindness will get him everywhere.
