        Everytime we come here it takes over 3 hrs! Very irritated and not please when you have a sick child you do not want to wait that lone!

        I was so thankful my boys were...

        I was so thankful my boys were able to be seen, and there was not a long wait :) The Staff were super friendly. My kiddos recieved amazing care. I must say I would have given the clinic 5stars, but there were a few misunderstanding/communication problems. I was told my children's scripts would be called over to the nearest CVS by my Apt, but that was a lie it was futher away from were we lived...then dr/nurse did not call scripts over for both children just one.... Then when I called I was told they would call in meds for other child it took a while for that to be done. FYI CVS in Gladstone, Mo off 72nd and N. Oak Trafficway is very slow and they could use a class for customer service.
