This should be a zero stars. I took time off from work to take my daughter to her driver's test. We arrived 15 minutes early. No Tester. I called and confirmed I was at the right church in the parking lot on Nichols Rd but did not see the EZ-Way car. The girl said it should be there but to wait and the guy would show up. After another 20 minutes, I got out to walk around. Found the EZ-Way car in parking lot off of W. Main. Tester and I saw each other and I walked back to my car and drove around the block to the parking lot on W. Main. Tester had left. Called office and was told it was too late to take the test. This is the same girl I talked to 30 minutes earlier looking for the Tester. I'm now out $40 and time from work. She would only refund $15 and said that was their policy.
DO NOT USE EZ WAY. Absolutely no customer service.

We had a great experience. You need to bring the right paperwork, make sure all your car parts are working, be on time and practice the instructions in the study guide. Very professional.

This was a terrible experience! Take your son or daughter anywhere else because this place is really unprofessional and rude the driving instructors are rude ...They failed my brother on his road test and said he was doing a great job and the time of the test, the man was completely unprofessional and when I got it rescheduled they charged me $52 dollars for the retake which I would have been fine with other than the second time the people said I had to be his parent, but I am his legal guardian so in the first 10 mins of being there they said No he cant take the test but they let me the first time and then when I called to ask if I could have a refund the lady said no after telling her the situation she returned $17 back to me because she had to pay the lady for the full hour, when I asked to talk to a manager she said there wasn't a manager and that she would let me talk to any person higher up than her. I would like to talk to Mr. Bill Wagner to let him know how is employees are!

I just want everyone to know how unprofessional EZ-Way Driving is. I PRE-PAID for my son to take segment 2 in December of 2014. We forgot until today and went down to the class to get my son set up. Instead of EZ-Way driving giving us a courtesy call they filled the class with another student and maxed the class out. This was my son's last chance to take this class that we can get to till he is 18 in June to get his drivers licenses. So I just set fire to the other $600.00 I paid them for segment I. They said they sent me a reminder email but I never got it.

I would give it no star if i could. the instructor told me that i will not be penalized while re positioning during parallel parking. however, took points off when i repositioned and totally lied about that. his name is Nate. Also the staff is not co operative. the take off one or two point as they wish as a penalty. The place is awful and they have too much power to manipulate
