As a manager you have to deal with different ppl and you have to be nice, listen to the customer and even apoligize, but telling the ppl to go anywhere else, thats not taking care of bussiness, its very disrespect, lots of good service lacking these days..

Never had a problem faxing my documents here. I can honestly say the person who complained about faxing has no clue/ignorant on how a commercial fax machine works.



1) The fax machine scans your documents and dials the number, if that number does not work or is busy it will try redialing in 30sec -1min by itself.

2) You can queue other document to go after another set of documents.

3)If the receiving fax machine is busy, you have to wait.



It makes absolutely no sense to have the worker stand in front of the fax machine for 10-15min and not letting other faxes go through.

It makes a lot of sense to let another couple page fax go through while they wait for the other fax machine to get done. Just had to say my 2cents, I hate ignorant posts.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. The owner was very rude to me and also arrogant. I went there to fax some documents and in the middle of my job another customer came in to fax and they interrupted my job and did theirs. They cashed that customer out then went back to my job. I asked the employees why they did that since they should have just finished my job first and they just shrugged their shoulders. The next day I went into the store again to fax more documents and the owner was in. I started to explain what happened the day before and he cut me off told me he back his employees up and that's their policy. If two people need faxing done they will help both. How do you do that with one fax machine??? He told me to take my business elsewhere so I did! I went to Office Max Kona where the service is way better and where they want people business. So anyone needing to fax while doing business in Kona I would recommend Office Max. I also reported him to the kopiko Management Office. MBE Ups, BBB, any anywhere else I could to let customers know what they can expect from the UPS Kona Store.
