I always have a good experience at this office. Dr. Surowitz and his nurse, Erin Brophy, are both very skilled and caring people. The assistants and office staff are very caring and professional as well. I never hesitate to refer people there.

My boyfriend and I were less than impressed with the staff at this office. First, they seemed to not care much because he doesn't have insurance. We had no problem paying for whatever they needed to do/test, but they didn't seem to care at all. Secondly, the doctor handed him 3 prescriptions with no explanation as to what they were for. When we asked the girl at the counter if she could explain them each, she just snapped back "Don't know, not my job." She didn't even want to call someone over who could help. When a doctor finally did come to explain them, she was very short and not helpful either.

NOT a good experience and will NOT be returning.

Great medical care by a staff that made me feel very special. It is scary to see a doctor. This was an experience that made me feel like I am ready to make the necessary changes to achieve optimal health.

Excellent! This medical practice has a blend of caring and knowledge. The staff made me feel welcome upon my arrival. They offered excellent medical care with a preventive approach and specialists available on site. I am a happy patient!
