This place is completely unprofessional. They sold me a sick puppy and do not seem the least bit concerned. They refuse to put you in contact with the owner and would not return my calls. Cody is the manager and he literally yelled at me and told me he doesn’t have to let me speak to anyone else. For being a Christian based store they totally lack my faith. As far as the condition of the animals, the cages were cramped and dirty. Just while I was there workers held and loved on other animals but left a Great Dane to lay in feces for over an hour and a half. If I could give them less than one star I would.

We purchased Newton, an African Grey, from Noahs Ark a few months ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and the owner of the store drove out of his way to speak to us before we made our decision. They always have the bird food we are looking for in stock and I must say it smells better than other Pet stores nearby. Glad to find someone nearby who sells healthy and well-spirited parrots for an affordable price. Newton plus his cage costed $1200 compared to $3000+ african greys without a cage included. We purchased parakeets here once as well. All of them are healthy and one of the staff members was kind enough to test their sexes for us before we purchased them as breeders. Thank you for having great and affordable service!!!

They do not take care of the animals what-so-ever. Most that get adopted are seriously sick and a lot end up dying in just a few short days. This business should be closed!!!

Very horrible service. Every time I have went in the dogs have been horribly sick & put into small spaces. It always smells horrible, and they seem very understaffed. When someone working there does try to talk to me, they are rude and pushy. I have heard many many stories about the animals bought from this store coming home sick and dying within a few weeks after purchase. I would not reccommend this pet store to anyone, especially pet lovers!

Always smells like urine. The dogs are packed into the tiny cages. 3 to 4 small to medium dogs and 2 large dogs in one. They could not even turn around. One of the birds climbed on my shoulder as I tried to get it off and it bit me numerous times on the hands and arms. Had to have the ONE person working remove it from me. After he removed it he just went back to the counter. He never asked if I was ok, I was bleeding, bruised, and crying. I asked if I could wash my wounds and he said no and handed me a paper towel. I left crying and traumatized.

I don't care what anyone else says there amazing staff and great animals.

Beware if you purchase a pet from this business as THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AFTER PAYING $500-1000 FOR A PET. THEY ARE INDIFFERENT AS TO THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE PET AND NEW HOME. I WAS HUNG UP ON BY THE SALES ASSOCIATE WHEN I INQUIRED AS TO ANY AVAILABLE OPTIONS IN EXCHANGING FOR ANOTHER PET OF EQUAL VALUE OR EVEN UPGRADE AND PAY MORE FOR A MORE COMPATIBLE PET.

Do NOT buy a dog here. My sister bought 2 puppies 5 months ago and brought them home for her 2 young kids. They got very sick in the first month, and after several thousand dollars on vet fees, one of the puppies just went into a coma and died. This owner and anyone affiliated with this store should be ashamed of themselves. If puppies had rights in Missouri, the owner would be in prison.

My family of five includes three bright little children who never want to leave! Noah's Ark has been so good to us, they are family friendly, clean, have awesome quality pets and we are completely satisfied with the puppy we purchased! Our little miniature dachshund girlie got a perfect mate and we couldn't be more pleased with him! Thank you Noah's Ark! Truly a Five Star pet store!

Noah's ark is one if the best pet store I have been in. Very knowledgeable and caring staff of the animals. Always a clean store when I go in to their store!!

Gee where do I start, there are big box stores here in Joplin but this store is awesome and it is locally owned and operated. The workers are very helpful and educated about everything in the store. The birds were amazing!!! The salt and freshwater fish are beautiful!!! Best of all the puppies are available to hold and get to know one on one!! We will definitely return to Noah's Ark!!

After seeing the great conditions of the Neosho branch we were excited to see an extension in Joplin. After visiting today I am very sad and disappointed. The fish tanks are very dirty and look unmaintained, but the state of the puppies were horrible. All the puppies looked sick. Nasty eyes and snotty noses. Large breed puppies were put in containments too small for comfort. This just proves the fact that pet stores are not the place to buy a puppy.
