Incredibly RUDE OWNER, UNPROFESSIONAL and unbelievably the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I came in WITH an appointment to finish my start-up business process meeting with their associate when this guy who introduced himself to be the owner accused me of barging in and wasting their time, stating that they have more things to better to do!

I was dumbfounded, shocked and felt harassed by this old, demented and out-of-control man who practically told me to leave his office without grounds! He inserted himself in a professional consultation (which is a part of their business service) and started raising his voice saying that he did not like that I was there! I felt very confused that I was the target of this geriatric rant that came out of nowhere! Tess (their tax consultant) was perpetually apologetic yet could not defend me (THEIR CUSTOMER) because she was probably concerned of her employment.

I left very upset and very disturbed by this experience! I cannot believe that I was practically verbally abused by this guy who supposedly does "excellent service" according to their website!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS! THIS GUY - MR CORTEZ OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT A "SMALL TIME CLIENT" LIKE ME AND HAS AN ILL-MANNERED WAY OF SHOWING IT! #badbusiness, #rude
