Awful people! Never in my life have I ever had such disrespect as a tenant. I always paid in full and never had an issue until these guys took over. They steal your money never giving you a copy of your water bill and telling you to pay over 100 a month in water. When you ask for a bill or proof they never answer your emails nor, return your phone calls. Thieving Rats I hope they go out of business because this place is every tenants worst nightmare.

I have never experienced worst management than from these people. Dishonest, rude, unprofessional, and just downright dirty people to work with.

We're not sure just why this company exists but we know these people are a Philly tenant's worst nightmare. If you are a prospective renter, RUN don't walk, away from these unprofessional and dishonest people. Had trouble giving the 'star rating' Is there zero?

Terrible management. It took me 4 weeks to obtain the appliances I was promised for the day I moved in and I have been without a working oven for almost two months. Move ANYWHERE but one of their properties!! Non-stop problems. The woman who manages maintenance is also VERY rude.

Horrible. Bad management that will never return your calls on time. A building plumbing situation has not been resolved in almost a week. My apartment has been a sandy, dusty, paint-laden mess since a week with no promise or deadline of having the issue fixed.
