It's a cleaning business with Green cleaning options ( they pay for the Green cleaning products ) We do charge for the carpet cleaning service , the free carpet cleaning service is ONLY include in the service when the Custumor takes a monthly cleaning service with Borgia clean. Any other request such as wall cleaning We do not provide does services and add an extra additional prices of $200 for 4 walls; we do not clean walls but paint walls. RESIDENTIAL/ OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT THIS CLEANING SERVICES AGREEMENT dated this ______________ day of _______, 20___, between _________________________ (The “Client”) and BORGIA CLEAN LLC (The “Contractor”). The Client and the Contractor are considered parties to this Agreement. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide the following Services to the Client: _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor employs workers with a clean criminal background check and have the necessary experience, qualifications and abilities to provide services mentioned in this Agreement. 1.Services Provided. Residential Cleaning Services Office cleaning services Bedrooms, Living rooms and common areas • Sweep and mop all floor surfaces • Vacuum all carpets • Dust all accessible surfaces • Wipe down all fixtures, mirrors & glass tables • Take out garbage and recycling Bathrooms • Wash and sanitize the toilets, shower, sink & tub • Dust all accessible surfaces • Sweep and mop all floor surfaces • Take out garbage & recycle • Wipe down all fixtures, mirrors Kitchen • Dust all accessible surfaces • Empty sink and load up dishwasher • Wipe down exterior of stove / microwave • Take out garbage and recycle if asked by the customer • Fresh air spray • Sweep and mop all floor surfaces Extras. Additional fees apply. • Laundry o If the Contractor uses the Client’s own washer, dryer and detergent the fee charged by Contractor will be ten dollars ($10) for two (2) laundry bags weighing no more than ____lbs. • If the Contractor provides the washer, dryer and detergent, • Two (2) Borgia laundry bags for $15 • Three (3) Borgia laundry bags for $20 • Four (4) Borgia laundry bags for $25 + 1 free dirty bag • Grocery shopping • Delivery services • Carpet Pro Cleaning Services in all five (5) boroughs Two (2) rooms for $50 Three (3) rooms for $60 Four (4) rooms for $70 If Client purchases cleaning services for four (4) rooms, the fifth room is free of charge. Carpet Pro Cleaning Machine Rental. • $15 for three (3) hours AND two hundred dollars ($200) Deposit. Deep Cleaning.
