Sloan Appliance Repair

We’ve used Sloan in the past with success. We aren’t sure what happened, but after committing to repair an oven glass, Jessica will not return correspondence. It’s been a month since they committed to the work, then nothing, no apology, just unresponsive.
Weird to say the least...

I have use Mr. Sloan for my home needs and for my rental needs. He does an excellent job every time every time I have called. He returns my calls timely and shows up on time. What a wonderful surprise, Great job, On time, Reasonable prices, A really good repairman is very hard to find. Write his name is your book .

Sloan is a professional with a knowledge of appliances. He is polite, kind and patient. Fixed my icemaker to where it never worked better. Fair priced and attention to detail. Do not hesitate to use this service. Excellent servie!!!

32+ yr old refrigerator quit cooling on Sunday, lyesterday. Condensor fan had quit. Since fridge is so old, I was afraid I might not find a part. Found Sloan Appliance Repair onYP and had great ratings. So this morning, Monday, called him. By 2:30pm he was installing the replacement fan motor and shortly after the fridge was up and running. Great competant and quick service. Very reasonable pricing too. Call him. You cna't go wrong. Going to tel all my neighbors abut hima as good, reasonably priced appliance repari people are hard to fine.

Called and have had same day service three times now! They have fixed our front loading washer, dryer fuse, and repaired the glass on our oven door when I shattered it! Sloan arrives on time, professional and very knowledgeable. His turn around time on getting parts and repairing is minimal. Highly recommend using Sloan and I will use them for all our upcoming appliance needs.

Our refrigerator is working again! Sloan arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem (and he didn't get annoyed by me watching him work, and asking questions -- I like to learn new things). He had to order a part, but was able to get us back up and running temporarily until the new part arrived. He then came back 3 days later -- again, promptly at our appointed time -- to install the part.



He's the owner of the company, so he cares about the customer service. As a small business owner myself, I understand the value of good reviews. So if you have an issue with your appliances, call Sloan. Then write a review yourself.

what a great person to do business with....he is courteous, professional and responds as quickly as he can to his customers needs. he does not overcharge for a quick or simple fix and 2 times out of 2 visits has been able to correctly predict what the problem was and was prepared to fix it.

Nothing worse than discovering that everything in the freezer is melting -- at dinnertime, no less, not in the morning when you have all day to get a repairman. We called Sloan and he came over right away, even though it was the end of his workday. He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and repaired it just as fast at a reasonable rate. Our freezer is now blowing an Arctic breeze. My hero!

Our GE Profile refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling after a power outage in our neighborhood. We called Sloan Appliance Repair and by the end of the day, we were cool and ice was dropping in the tray! Super professional, prompt, and reasonable rates! No need to look any farther! This is your guy!

Our freezer broke today and I called Sloan Appliance Repair. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They came to my house the same day, very professional, called me several times before they arrived, they were quick, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very inexpensive. I cannot recommend this company enough! Stay away from the big companies! Go with Sloan!

My husband made an attempt to repair our washer after it wouldnt spin. I convinced him to let me look online for someone that specializes in appliance repairs. I contacted Sloan on a Saturday and he worked me in the same day to come out to our home to repair our Kenmore machine. Very affordable, professional and quick. Bearing busted in my washer transmission. Even though it was an 'odd job' on an outdated part, Sloan Appliance was able to figure out how to get it done. He was very flexible to work with my schedule and overall just a nice guy. Good price and warrantied his work. Thanks!

Dryer stopped heating last Saturday afternoon and Sloan Appliance was the only one that either answered their phone or was even open. He fixed my dryer (bad fuse) and I was back in business! Great repair price and warranties his work.

Today I had Sloan Appliance out to fix my refrigerator that wasn't cooling. He got out here in the time frame I was told and was courteous enough to give me a heads up that he was on his way (told him I had dogs to put up). Within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose that I had a bad defrost system. Not only did he have the part in stock, he defrosted all the built up ice in freezer and got all the dog hair out of my coils. Throughout the whole process he was very informative, and explained how my fridge worked. Now Im up and running, the food is cold and it was all done at a very affordable price. A+

He was there early, figured out an issue with my downdraft exhaust vent that was a little involved, and did it for a reasonable fee. He was very friendly and professional and thorough. I would definitely hire him again.
