I found the staff to be very pleasant and efficient. I have a phobia of needles, but the phlebotomist who took my blood did her best to reassure me and the procedure was the least painful of any of my previous experiences. I felt no more than if someone had accidentally poked me slightly with a fingernail. It was not an unpleasant experience at all.

Good service. I had to remind phlebotomist that her making a huge to-do re how much blood drawn was upsetting to me vs the extremely gentle, soothing and supportive, almost like they had been coached on relaxing patient by a mayo clinic psychologist. Once I brought this up, she quickly acknowledge how many times she mentioned how much/many viles taken. Not happy but trusting they know what they are doing with blood sent to Tampa vs local. Appmt person was excellent and eventually so was my phlebotomist ...considering how much she drew,a lot!Very clean facility. Would suggest Mayo's wrapped in gauze with pinch of cotton to touch arm vs cotton with very painful tape method should be changed, cheaper also. My lady did great job for what she had to do.
