I always have a great experience when I visit Immediate Medical Care. The staff is great. I stop in on my lunch break and they always have me in and out in no time. I love Dr. Moosavi he is caring and compassionate physician with a welcoming sense of humor. It is a first class operation!

My husband slipped and fell at the golf course hurting his lower back. We had heard good things about Immediate Medical Care, so even though it was a little far from home we went there. Service was very prompt and the staff was very friendly and the physician was quite attentive to my husband’s discomfort. We were in and out in a reasonable time. Appropriate meds prescribed. I would highly recommend this facility. In addition to the quality care received, it was nice that our co-pay was much less than if we had visited an Emergency Room. I would definitely go back if needed.

My son fracture his ankle while playing soccer. We visited Immediate Medical Care and the service was excellent, as soon as we entered the front desk make sure my son was comfortable while waiting. Staff even followed with treatment and referral. I definitely recommend Immediate Medical Care for your medical needs. Dr. Moosavi was caring, knowledgeable and his staff was friendly and efficient.

I have been a patient at Immediate Medical care for over 3 years. I am very pleased with the medical care I receive. I am a self-pay patient and I think it is really great that the office has a very clear and precise list of prices posted in the waiting room. The prices are very reasonable to other Urgent Care Facilities. The doctors are excellent, the staff is great and the office is very clean, organized and professional. I will continue to be a patient for years to come and recommend this place highly.

Dr. Moosavi gets straight to the point and does not beat around the bush. Some people view this approach as rude but he has never been rude in the past 10+ years that we have been using his services. He simply speaks the truth. If you are looking for wholesale disability and pain pills, please skip this doctor, he will make you regret you come to see him. Highly recommend Dr. Moosavi, he is caring and empathetic physician.

Turn around and walk, no run away from these "doctors". #1 They refuse to fill out any paperwork for FMLA, Disability even with full Emergency Room files in hand. My husband almost lost his job when he broke ribs and Dr. Moosavi refused to sign two sheets of paper releasing him from work for two weeks. The doctor talks to you like you are committing fraud by asking him to sign disability paperwork for broken bones!! He actually told me "If you get a lawyer, I'll get a lawyer to discredit your lawyer"! This was his reply when I just mentioned that we need short term disability to save his job after a two week absence! #2 They are all about the money. They even have a price list on the wall so you can't disagree on the cost of exams. Uhhh what doctor has a price list up like McDonalds? They really treat you like a walk in clinic. At the end of one visit, he asked who I see for OBGYN and tried to get me to come in to his general practice for my yearly exam, instead of my specialist. This is not sound advice and he was after me as a new patient with plenty of "visit possibilities". #3 They make you pay full cost up front your first visit like they think your insurance card is a fake! They say you'll be refunded if approved, but after 1 year I still have not gotten a credit. #4 The doctor talks down to you. I came in for a UTI and we asked me which direction I wipe in.... all females know how to wipe them-selves. At 30, I've got it down! #5 They can't do any lab work or tests in house. PLEASE know that if they seem caring on the visit, it's because they see $$, that wears out quickly if you only come in once a year or so for illness. Then, you are treated like you are in Solantic. In out and gone in 15 minutes.

Best Urgent Care in Town! The doctors are fabulous and knowledgeable and the office staff are awesome too. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

This is the best clinic that I have ever been to. Both doctors are wonderful and really take the time with you and will answer all your questions. They don't rush you in and out like some clinics do. I started going there when we moved to this area over a year ago. I needed to make an appointment because I was having asthma-like symptoms. Previous doctors had always just gave me antibiotics and said that it was most likely bronchitis and they were the first doctors to address it as asthma and got me on the proper medication. I've never had to wait days to get an appointment like my previous clinic. I love Immediate Medical Care and cannot recommend them enough.

I had an excellent experience at Immediate Medical Care. I was so sick and my friend who had been at Immediate Medical care previosly took me there. At no time, They took me to exam room and seen and teated by doctor. They called me the next day to check on me. Ever since, my family including my 6 year and 9 year old daughters have been going there for thier medical needs. I could not recommend them highly enough!!!

I can not praise Immediate Medical Care more. I chose this place 3 years ago for me, my son and husband. I always have a phenomenal experience with doctors and medical staff. I often need to make same day appointments and I am always accommodated. Dr. Gargin and Dr. Moosavi are the best of the best and I will recommend them to everyone!

I can truly say that I found the best doctors in Jacksonville! About 4 years ago, I went to Immediate Medical Care for a sore throat. Ever since, my entire family has been going there for their medical problems. We are pleased with Drs. Moosavi and Gargin and their medical staff. They are knowledgeable, kind and smart. They manage all my family medical needs and we do not have to go to so many different physicians. I recommend them highly!
