Me and my friends went here to get out hair done and it was the best decision we have ever made to pick this salon. We got ombré done with the blonde tips and it turned out amazing. It is relaxing, friendly and not complicated. Walk ins are available and so are appts. Best experience ever!

Was serviced here by three different independent stylist and received the upmost professional service and treated with mutual respect as a client. Im not your typical client as I myself am a stylist and own a salon and after reading some of the reviews on here Im concerned as to the communication of both the stylist and client. An experience or service can only be as good as the attitudes of the people serving or receiving. I can only speak on my own experience and what directions I gave were followed, what concerns I had were addressed, and the end result was what I expected. From start to finish as a client I was very satisfied.

There are no words to describe the extent of damage that was done to my hair by this salon. I have had to have extensive and costly work done to recover from some of the damage, but it is ongoing process. To top it off, the manager/owner proceeded to argue with me and draw attention to the situation by everyone else in the room. I was tempted to give it a shot after recently moving here from Atlanta due to their convenient location and cost, but I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. This salon is truly the reason why stereotypes exist regarding the availability of high quality salons in smaller cities.

This salon is awesome! The staff is friendly and professional. The stylists seem to actually know what they are doing because last time I went there, there were several women getting their hair done and they all seem very happy! The building is clean and in a comfortable setting. My highlights came out FANTASTIC so I also stayed and had a facial done which was also great (it was birthday)!

Unfortunately I researched this salon a little too late. Now I see all of the negative surveys and I can attest to the fact that this salon is very inexperienced and unprofessional. This was my first and LAST time ever going to this salon. I had an appt today for partial highlights with Tayrin. First of all she was 40 mins late to the appt (i should have took that as a sign to haul a**). There's no way she should even have a license. This experience was a nightmare. Anyone who regularly gets highlights knows that the bleaching product should not be applied directly on the scalp. However Tayrin was applying it to my hair and scalp as if that was proper procedure. A few times she seriously wet a towel to wipe the parts in between my foils. The foils were Very sloppy. She just kept adding unnecessary mounds of the bleaching agent. Eventually I had to tell her to stop and wash it out bc my scalp was BURNING. After washing it out she gave me a mirror and to my horror there was a patch of my hair in the front that had burnt off and my scalp was on fire in that same area. I was rightfully upset and I informed her of my frustrations wherein she proceeded to say that a burn to the scalp is normal bc of the chemicals and that my hair was not broken off, it was just baby hairs. I told her that I didn't come in here with baby hair!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Then to add insult to injury after washing my hair she refused to comb or blow dry my hair bc she said I was rude and then tried to charge me $20 more than the price she originally quoted me. Im far from a pushover and I told her she was crazy if she thought she would get a penny more out of me. As such, she then called the police and told them I was refusing to pay and I informed them that I would never not pay a bill for services that were rendered, however, I was completely unsatisfied and I was not going to pay her the amount she's requesting. We told the officer the entire situation and he completely sided with me and even agreed that he could see the patch of my hair that was burnt off. At that time he proceeded to inform Mrs Taylin that it was a civil matter and bc I didn't commit any crime I didn't have to pay her a dime due to my dissatisfaction with her services. At that time I politely thanked the officers and left that horrible excuse for a salon without paying one cent. I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 10 years and I have never had such a horrible experience. If you cherish your hair do NOT go to this salon bc you will not leave with the same amount of hair you went in with!!!! I hope this review helps save someone their time money and hair.

Bought a Groupon and gave them a try. I'm very picky about my hair and was a little concerned about the outcome. Tay was my stylist and I have to say I could not be happier with my hair. She was friendly and took the time to do it the right way. She did a deep condition on my hair with a full color/ highlights and my hair looks and feels AMAZING !!! She even told me I could come back and get the groupon price anytime and to invite my friends to do the same. The salon has a very relaxing decor and makes you feel at home.

I was a walk in without an appointment. I needed a hair cut very badly. They helped me right away. They were pretty busy, but they got to me a.s.a.p. All I needed was just a simple hair cut so it wasn't anything tough but they made feel welcome and as if they truly appreciated my business. They did a great job!

Went today and loved my cut and style. Ask for Beth. She is new there but very professional and gave me the greatest treatment! Beautiful salon:)

I came in for an appointment and my hairstylist was working on someone else, then told me that my treatment would take a lot longer than she originally thought. I have a daughter in daycare so I went out of my way to go next door and fax the center to allow my friend to pick her up since the hairsylist said they didn't have a fax machine there, then it was an hour since my appointment and the hairsylist still hadn't touched me. I was so upset because time was an issue for me and she was working on the other person and then was upset at me because I called a friend to help calm me down because I was upset about it being an hour since my appointment was supposed to start and the hairstylist had gone over with me about how it was going to take so much longer to do the treatment than she thought, therefore she decided she was going to start working on yet another person while I sat there waiting for her. She basically shunned me because I was rightfully upset, and when I called to talk to someone after I left the person that answered the phone put the phone on the counter and just left me hanging there on the phone, extremely unprofessional.

I found them to be very professional. Great hair cut and massage and facials. We've taken our children in for haircuts as well. Their Great with kids. I really like their line of products.
