Sprint

This is not a Sprint company store, it is owned by an individual and the store just sells Sprint products. They do not have any technicians on hand and they do not know very much about the products or services that they are selling.



Everything that I have tried to do at this store has been very convoluted. When I bought an iPhone 5S at their store, they did not mention the fees that I would be charged for activating the new phone. I had planned to send my old phone into Sprint to get a $130 rebate, but, the guy at this Sprint store said that they could take care of it for me, so I gave him the phone. Now, 4 weeks later, I have not received my rebate and every person in the store does not know where my phone is, how much I'll get for it or when I'll get that money. I have made many calls to the store, to Sprint Corporate and spent hours in their store trying to get this and other situations worked out. After this incident is cleared up, I will never go to their stores again, which include a Beach Blvd. 10th Ave. and Atlantic Blvd stores in Jacksonville, FL.
