Very unprofessional! An hour late and my items went missing! When I called to complain 10 minutes after the movers left, i was told there was nothing I could do. I then found my contract which told me otherwise. When I emailed the company about it, it took me three emails to follow up and again was told there was nothing I could do. They asked for the weight of the items....unfortunately with them missing, there is no weight to be taken! Do not use this company! Run! There are so many other companies out there, please use someone else.

I had 3 bed room supplies I called the first coast movers at night they set time to move my stuff same day very carefully and safely I am very pleased of them so I will definitely use them again for moving my new table and new sofas again thanks for helping and shows on time regards shirzad fanoos

This company went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely will use them again! They were super friendly and fast!! Packed my stuff up with care but they were very efficient and quick. My move ended up costing less money than expected so that was awesome!! Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend First Coast Movers. Dont usually take the time to write reviews. Moving is very stressful but these guys made everything go so smoothly. They definitely know what they are doing which in turn saved us money. Thank you - The Lewis Family

This is in response to Wes C.'...

This is in response to Wes C.'s negative review. First of all my company has been in business since 1990 and we have an A+ Rating with the BBB. Secondly, how would I have taken $500 off of a move that charged $80 per hour plus materials? This is precisely what Mr. Wes C. wanted and that is ridiculous. Wes C. was quoted all costs verbally upon booking move. On day of move, all costs were given again to which Wes C. signed not once but 3 times on contract and he did agree to. At the end of the job Mr. Wes C. wanted to take $500 off of his move after watching my men work practically non-stop and pack all of his belongings. My question is "who is unethical, my company or Mr. Wes C.?"
