Park on Stonewall Apartments

If you are a drug dealer than this is the apartment complex for you. I live there for 18 months and in the past 2 months there have been 2 shootings, 4 cars broken into, a motorcycle stolen, and the police have raided several apartments. The manager of the apartments is by far the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She doesn't care about your apartment problems, and us completely rude to you about it. So by all means if you want a quiet, friendly, and nice place to live... don't choose park on stonewall.

I will never rent here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here. Yes its a cool little spot because its close to the main stores and fastfood joints, but the manager is sorry, and in my opinion a racist.I have seen white people get away with taking the car apart in the parking lot(which is against the rules) but black people cant even sit on the bed of their truck, but i witnessed maintenance drinking beer(natural ice to be exact) sitting on the bed of his truck that was parked by the mail boxes while on the job, and they cant say they was taking a break cause they dont do any work around there. Example my bedroom closet doors had fell off i requested service and didnt get any until 3months after when ispoke to the manager she gave me attitude and said she dont remember me calling so she looked it up and guess what she found in her report, my phone call and then she remembered because there was also a call about my kitchen sinks they both was flowing over with dirty water and when maintenance came they said oh it may just be the desposal he checked it and it wasnt that and then that was it. when it did it again it smelled like laundry detergent and they came and told me it wash coming from the washing unit so my dishes where covered in someone els dirty clothes water,but the thing about that is i called the manager weeks before about the washing unit in my building wasnt workin and i was told by the manager that i have to call the number on the washer because she have no control over that(why dont u have control over that u could atleast take the report and then report it to the company who covers that), and the noise level is off the wall people drive thru with their music to the max people inside their homes(and i know you should be abl to do what you want in your home but the people here take that to a whole nother level).Theres always police there do to tenats having shoot outs and people stealing other tenants motorcycle and kicking peoples door in. overall this is not a suitable place for anybody in their right mind and i think they should be shut down. p.s i was ending this review with out giving them a star rate but apperently you have to give them a star so i pick 1 star but didnt want to give them that so their rate from me i really nothing
