I called needing a 4 prong cord for my dryer and they asked what I had and I told them I had a 3 prong and they said just bring it in and they will swap it out. No charge.

These guys are fair honest and priced right! Nice old fashioned customer service and fixed my washer right there on the spot saved me hundreds of dollars. I don't like the new junk on the market and this man will keep my old kitchen aid running for 20 more years! Don't hesitate to do business with them! Stay away from the craigslist repair guys they suck!. These guys here are the real deal and took care of us the right way. Kris Barger

Blast From The Past!

This store has outstanding old fashion customer service! I went into this store after visiting some other places and I was doing some research because I was undecided on whether or not to buy a used dryer or maybe a used washer and dryer set, to replace my dryer that was not heating. Kenneth was busy with another customer when I entered the store and I noticed that he made a point to say hello to me and tell me that he would be with me shortly. So, I was looking at their washer and dryers and when Kenneth finished with the other customer, he came to help me and he ask me a few questions and told me some prices on some dryers and on some sets that I was interested in purchasing. He asked me about my dryer and what it was doing or not doing, I told him that it was not heating. He asked me if I had checked my circuit breaker and he explained how my dryer would run but not heat if one of the two circuit breakers was tripped. He suggested that I check this before I spent any money on a replacement. So, I came home and checked and sure enough it was my circuit breaker! I called to thank him and I offered to pay them something for helping me, but he would not accept anything and he told me that he was glad he was able to help me with my problem! I didn’t spend a dime at this store and they have earned a customer for life!

Great service and great care taken for their used appliances. We were in need of a dryer -ours went out suddenly and we have three kids-and the prices were good so I was able to purchase that day!

My husband and I were shopping for a used washer and dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very impressed until we found the Used Appliance Store in Irving. When we entered this store and looked at the washer and dryer sets, I first thought that they were all new sets! We were greeted by Kenneth, I had many questions which he answered without hesitation, he asked a few questions and then showed us three or four washer and dryer sets that would meet our needs. He explained all the features and how these machines work, he took us back in the shop where he showed us a washer and dryer that they were checking, cleaning and preparing for sale. I have never seen the inside of a washer or dryer and I was very impressed as he explained some tips on how to care and maintain these appliances without much effort. We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day. This store is not very big but the quality and the pride that is put into these appliances is enormous! I am very glad that we found this place and I highly recommend you to visit the Used Appliance Store and decide for yourself!
