I wouldn't give you a review if my life depended on it I'd rather serve you a subpoena with my best friend Mr zodrow who is a judge! I am also affiliated if you care to look at my past history of work and employment I have 30 years plus in paralegal work so I really don't need an attorney. Although it would be more fun!

MetroPCS is terrible!! I was a loyal customer for over a year, paid my bill early every month, I even subscribed to thier "extras" and paid more! After a year and 3 months with the company, they dropped me, after sending me a reminder text to pay (2 weeks early), after taking my payment, and then sending a text thanking me for my business. Turns out, since I live in Houston, they don't provide service here, so I was using their "sister company" Sprint, tower. They said I was "roaming too much! I had to open a checking account just for MetroPCS because I paid with my debit card each month because of no store near me. Then...I had to fight with Customer Service, which is also very poor service, to debit my account back. Twice I had to call for refund because they were trying to keep the $3 fee for using my card! BTW: Good luck finding someone in the whole company to help resolve ANY problems you have...All of them act as if it's their first day on the job. DO NOT GO WITH THIS !COMPANY!! If I had the option, I wouldn't have given them any stars
