Hawaiian Nail Bar

Right after I walked in, this unfriendly tech was assigned to do my manicure. She gave me colors to pick and started to prep one of my hands. The way they have the colors is like bunch of keys hanging on a key holder. I was discussing with her (Kind of thinking out loud) that I didn't come with specific color in mind but I know for sure I wanted a dark color. She was like "just pick dark if that is what you want". She was not nice how she responded at all. By the time she was done prepping both hands she asked if I picked a color. I told her that I needed 3 minutes since I needed both hands to look through the colors. She said "If you don't pick a color now, I'm going to take another customer in". I reiterated to her that I needed 3 minutes. She walked away talking with her colleagues in her native language which was very annoying! I was done picking a color in less than 3 minutes and told the receptionist that I've picked a color and I'm ready to get my manicure. The receptionist said I will have to wait until another tech is available. I immediately walked out of this establishment and went next door to City Nails.
The whole experience was horrible! I wonder how they are still in business. Somebody needs to teach these people how to do business in this country. I should have seen their rating online before going there. City Nails were awesome by the way!

Very clean and organized nail shop. Great customer service and decor. Got a pedicure, a gel manicure. The gel nail polish lasted 11 days. Within range in my opinion especially since I'm hard on my hands. I recommend to anyone.
