IHOP

Great service. Friendly waitress. Corrected order mistake quickly. Food was fast and fresh.

I ate at IHOP today and my waitress, Alma A and the service was superb! My problem arose when I was paying for my check. I completed the IHOP survey prior to entering the restaurant and received the shortcake deduction. When I went to pay, the owner (Carmen) would not give me a new complete receipt with another survey for the next time. She said there was an 8 dollar minimum to receive the discount, my bill was originally $12.00 and after the discount it was $6.79.



What really bothered me was the fact that the owner, Carmen, yelled at the waitress, Alma, and gave me a bad attitude. I have used the survey discount at two other IHOP restaurants before and had no issues.



I have been going to IHOP with my little brother (kids eat for free 4pm-10pm) since 2008. Today, I walked out unsatisfied because the owner would not give me a complete receipt with the survey on it.
