        Overall

        Was giving misinformation over the phone that I was unable to make policy changes online or via email just because they didn't want me to remove my inoperable vehicle. I was told I had to come in or mail a letter, when initially I never had to come in to sign anything. After the call went online and was able to take care of it myself.
