I can't really find anything bad to say about them. My mom has DJD, diabetes, and urinary incontinence and they have been who I've turned to for supplies for about 6 years now. Never once, did I have the problems the first person has described. My guess is it must have been a fluke because I've never encountering these problems. I stock up on the supplies every couple of months or so and they're always there. Only problem I have with them is the parking situation can be a tad bit frustrating, given so few parking spot on available. They say that they're getting more spaces soon though.

Just sorry!! I had to give a star to give a review, otherwise I would have taken one away!!!!! They have no idea of what the equipment they sell, what it does, nor care for the need of the patient. Put my RX and insurance info 2 weeks ago, they called me the next day, I have left messages everyday since then with no response. I went to the office during posted office hours, to find it closed. I camped outside for over an hour, while calling both #'s posted to no avail. Left to get xomething to eat, called less than 1 mile away, got an answer................ went back to find that they had the unit I needed all the time, they did not know what it was. Sounds all good right? No, Now she is just gonna leave messages for other companies. No I requested my Rx back and left. Oh her reason for not returning the calls for the last 2 weeks was, she was out of the office.
