        DO NOT COME TO THIS T MOBILE STORE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! Today is 2/13/14 I came in after work excited to upgrade my phone. It was busy being about 6pm and only 3 employees were working, so decided to be patient and wait. Half hour later I realized that they were helping customers who came in after me. No one even approached me or asked what was I looking for today. After 10 more minutes I became frustrated and left for dinner and ran some quick errands. I came back with an hour left for the store to be open. Plenty of time I thought. Only I opened the door and found it locked. The employee (who I know saw me earlier) just shook his head in saying "no..." If you are looking for respectable customer service this is not the T Mobile store for you. Avoid it if you are looking for a good experience. Very disappointed......
