The pizza ow on Rockville has a rude black lady working there and the cook looks rough! Tatoo's all over him and hair to his waist. Everyone act like I was bothering them just to pick up my order! No smiles , not friendly at all!! Inner city pizza down the street is much friendlier, better pizza and larger portions! I won't be back to Piezanos! Felt very intimidated and uncomfortable in there! Rough and unfriendly employes! I couldn't wait to get out of there! Sorry I went there and pizza had a funny taste!

I tried this chain because I love pizza and am always looking to try new stores. Unfortunately, when you try new things sometimes it doesn't pay off, and this is one such example. The service was terrible, they took a while to even get to the counter to take my order, even though I was the first in line. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with this as it usually means that they are busy, but I saw plenty of people in the way back of the store just chatting and standing around. It appeared the poor pizzamaker, bless his heart, was the only one doing any real work. Finally, the pizzamaker asked someone (who I later found was the manager) to help me, but she was horribly, terribly rude. It was obvious to me that she was not interested in helping me.
Anyways, I could let this stuff slide if their pizza was awesome, but sadly, it was just as disappointing. First off, it was pretty expensive. it's $14 for an extra large, plus an extra $2 for every extra topping you add. If you're wanting more than a few toppings, then it's gonna get expensive really quick. The toppings were mediocre at best, I has horrified to find that their "sausage" is the crumble stuff that we ate in school cafeteria pizzas. That stuff is great when you're 7, but I think I want real sausage, please. They also spread their pepperoni pretty thin. To top it all off, they gave me the wrong type of crust! I asked for thin and they gave me something that was defiantly not thin!
Overall, it was not a very good experience, obviously. I normally never use these review things, as I like to spread word of mouth about when a place is good or bad, and if a place is bad I usually feel that it's not bad enough to spread around the internet and whatnot. Sadly, there is a first time for everything, and Piezano's is it. Avoid at all costs!

This pizza is excellent. It is a ma and pa shop that loads on the toppings. It is a little more expensive but worth it, much better than larger chains!!!
