Fast, great service, and charged me exactly what he quoted. For at-home service, price was very reasonable, and service was professional and friendly, with good advice. I had a bad power supply; he had a new one in and my machine up and running in no time, saving me a lot of aggravation and effort. A very good experience.

Just called, no answer, he immediately calls back, but before I can finish explaining what I was looking for, he hung up on me, and wouldn't answer further calls. Impolite, rude, and unnecessary seeing how many other computer repair/supply stores are out there.

Nick Ellis is the BEST in the business. PcComputerGuy is my "go to" guy for all of my computer problems. I recommend this business highly! Nick has been helpful every single time I've called him; even before I hired him, he helped with a small problem over the phone. Yesterday, he returned a laptop that he totally repaired after Dell informed me the hard drive was fried & nothing could be done! On top of that, he arrived on time, was friendly, cheerful, & fixed soooo many other issues on three computers & a printer--all for an extremely reasonable price. I might add that he fixed things that at least three Dell support people & three Fujitsu people couldn't touch. He is DEFINITELY our "Computer Guy"!

The PC Computer Guy is just what we've been looking for -- for years. We use our two computers constantly in our business (Recruiting Candidates for the Manufacturing Industry), but know very little about the "black boxes" and how they work. Since our computers are so critical to us, we needed someone who didn't try to explain every small detail, but came in and fixed the equipment, and got us out of trouble and back up and running. Nick is creative in his explanations of what was broken and not working right, and why it gave us problems -- so we began to have some understanding of what went wrong. Nick is unbelievably patient with us, but also works while explaining things to us -- to get us back on line as soon as possible. He comes when we need him, and will even fix problems by phone -- when possible. We would highly recommend the PC Computer Guy to any business, or home computer owner. We've tried others, and found Nick to be the best.

Recently had computer repaired by Computer Guy. Was very satisfied with his services. Came to our house promptly and picked up the computer took it to his shop , repaired it by installing new hard drive installed the soft ware and brought it back. After setting it up he began the restoring of thr data from CARBONITE , my backup program. This program which I had purchased restored 22,000 files in about 22 hours. Computer guy was very helpful on the phone to correct some problems I had run into in the restoration. process. Highly recommend Computer Guy for your computer problems whatever they are
