Teeth Cleaning
Children should begin attending bi-annual checkups by age 2 or 3. A child’s checkup is different from an adult’s in that we may not take X-rays or photos, and we will look for development problems. Children may not need a dental cleaning until age 3 or 4.
Fluoride Treatment
Your dentist may recommend dental sealants and fluoride supplements during a checkup – especially for children. These preventive measures can deter tooth decay.
Dental Sealants
How we can help: A dental sealant is a clear plastic coating that is painted on back teeth. It acts as a barrier against the sugars and starches that cause tooth decay. For kids, teens and adults, sealants on hard-to-clean back teeth can greatly reduce the risk of cavities. Dental sealants wear off over time, so they may need to be replaced periodically.

Fillings
Resin Composite
A small cavity, left untreated, can grow to destroy an entire tooth. Unlike our skin, teeth don’t heal naturally. Only professional dental care can correct your cavities and return you to optimal oral health. A dental filling, made from white composite resin or porcelain inlay, can fill a prepared cavity and reinforce a tooth’s structure.

We offer a wide range of dental services. Cleanings, non-surgical gum treatment, white bonded fillings, crowns, bridges, cosmetic veneers, implant retained restorations, dentures, partials, and whitening to name a few. We offer such a wide range of services to our patients because we understand it takes time to become comfortable with a dental office. Therefore, unless it is in your best interest to be referred to a specialist, we want you to be treated here.
Crowns
Also called a bridge, crowns and bridgework replace one tooth or a few teeth in a row. Bridges are fixed, non-removable appliances.
Bridges

Root Canal Treatment
In some situations, you can avoid tooth extraction by undergoing a root canal. An internally infected or inflamed tooth may be treatable. Inside every tooth, canals house the pulp (nerve) that sustains the tooth’s life. A deep cavity or crack can compromise the pulp and cause infection or inflammation. As infection and inflammation builds, the tooth begins to ache from internal pressure. At this point, your dentist will recommend extraction or a root canal.

Deep Cleaning
Gum disease is the main cause of tooth loss for adults in the US, and it has been linked to systemic conditions, such as heart disease, respiratory problems, and mental dysfunction. Eighty percent of American adults suffer from some form of this condition. If you show signs of gum disease, your hygienist will recommend a deep cleaning to remove plaque from below the gum line. Some patients benefit from special mouth rinses, antibiotic therapy, or habit changes to reduce gum disease. Regular maintenance visits are required to keep gums healthy and strong.

Dentures
How we can help: Dentures replace all teeth on the upper or lower arch, and partials replace multiple missing teeth on one arch.

Dental Implants
Replacing your missing teeth with dental implants offers you the chance to live your life as if you had never suffered from missing teeth. When your dental implant treatment is complete, you should be able to chew, speak and socialize without experiencing the negative emotions that having missing teeth can sometimes cause.
