This place is horrible! Every time i go i am there for at least 3hrs. I was there yesterday at 855am n had to leave at 1055am because i refuse to wait any longer. I contacted the customer service twice and got no help! The only thing customer service did was call the office while i sat right there and listened as the two had a laughable conversation over the phone!😡 Then customer service calls me back only to tell me i still have to wait! I got my children and left and we are never returning there again! Just Horrible!

Ms. Kim and Ms. Anika are great! Provides fabulous customer service each time. Really cares about their patients.

I love the ladies at the front desk. Kim and Anika are great! They are sincere when it comes to helping you and it shows. Although there have been some times when I would come in and some of the workers in the back have been extremely rude and nonchalant, I won't let that take away from the front desk girls review. I have to mention Donelle and Lynette, as well. They helped my child and made her feel extremely comfortable. Thanks you four for all you do!

I usually don't do these reviews, but something told me this particular time I just had too. I was in the office the other day waiting for my ride, so I don't believe anyone knew I was still in there. But it's good that they didn't. You never know what you will overhear in an office amongst the workers. I believe it was during their lunch time when the front desk girls, Anika and Kim were having a conversation with their coworker about these reviews! The worker kept telling them the only reason why they are getting so many reviews is because of some label with their name on it. The girls kept telling her that despite the label, it doesn't excuse their behavior in the back. Their label had nothing to do with some of the negative reviews that you guys in the back are receiving. It's all about how you treat the patients and the parents. Put yourself in the parents shoes, you would be upset at some assistant rolling eyes and talking to you and your child as if your were dumb too. Needless the to say the conversation continued to try to get the assistant to understand, that parents are going to go above and beyond to protect their child. This was good to hear that Ms. Kim and Ms. Anika care about the parents just as if it were them. They genuinely care about the parents and patients. There are some other people in THIS office as well some other offices that could learn alot from these ladies! Thanks you girls for not putting on a show just in front of the parents to make yourselves look good!!! You didn't even know I was still in the office!!!!

Kim J and Anika G are the ones who deserve this 5star review. They are extremely professional and very courteous. However, every time that I bring my children into this office, they have been extremely disrespected and mistreated. Some of the assistants come and rudely interrupt when Kim and Anika are attending to other parents and patients, they have folders just thrown at them and orders "yelled" at them, all while they have parents standing in front of them or they may be taking care of a phone call. This has happened on several occasions. The professionalism that these two ladies hold all while dealing with some of the nonsense that they have coming their way is outstanding. There are so many people who would have taken a different route when dealing with some of the assistants. Kudos to you girls!!!

Ms. Anika and Ms. Kim are very professional and keep the atmosphere pleasant in this office. Some of the people in the back are extremely rude and very offensive to the kids. The only reason why this place is still around and have business should be because of Anika and Kim. They make you feel completely comfortable.

Kim and Anika are extremely professional and very nice. They greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. There are a few of the assistants in the back who are loud, disrespectful and very opinionated about things that we shouldn't hear in the lobby. We overheard a conversation between a couple of them talking about another mom and her kids. Your parents in the lobby shouldn't hear these types of conversations. Although it accepts primarily Medicaid, the behavior of some of the staff doesn't have to show it. Thanks Kim and Anika for making EVERYONE feel comfortable!!!!

This is a pretty neat place to go if you have children with anxiety issues. They are extremely comfortable when attending to your children. The ladies at the front desk are extremely comforting when you are arriving. Ms. Kim and Ms. Anika are the best!

this place is awesome, however there are a few of the assistants who still need some work. But overall I would recommend this office if you want your kids to feel at ease and not terrified!

Anika and Kim are perfect. They know how to handle the patients and parents professionally and still have a way of making you feel comfortable. The music makes the parents relax while their children are in the play land or being serviced. Thanks you're the best!!!

Kim and Anika were great! They kept us well informed on what was going on with my child who was all the way in the back. The music kept the parents at ease and comfortable. This place has improved over the past couple of months!

Anika and Kim at the front desk are always laughing and smiling . They make the atmosphere there be alive . I will be sending friends there .

Jamie was very friendly. She was able to calm my child because he was scared. The doctor was also great. I think it was Li or Lu.

My daughter Ashlan had Shawn and the orthodontic team assist with taking her braces off along with Dr. Knoel, Shelli, Donyelle and Camisha to help with her cleaning. The entire team did an amazing job and made her feel at ease. From the front office to the back, it was A1 top notch!!!!

This was our second time in the office and my child was very nervous. I was nervous he never had cavitys before. I was comfortable when Esperza talked to us about what would happen and I let him leave with her. I was so nervous I talked with Lindsey and she walked me to the back so I could sit with him and make sure he was okay. He was fine and would have been okay without me there, but I appreciated her helping to ease my nerves.

My niece had Jamie and Dr. Noel. She had no pain, no discomfort, and they were incredibly amazing with her. She definitely will be returning. The staff from the front to the back were amazing. Front Desk staff Anika and Kim were both extremely pleasant and helpful. Kept me updated on waiting time. Thanks guys!!!! A+

Jamie & Dr Noel made me feel safe & comfortable I know I was safe when I was in their hands. I will return again just to see their smiling faces!!

My experience was outstanding! The care given by Doctor Noel was extremely exceptional. Her personality helped me as the patient to feel comfortable and at ease. Dr.Noel and the help of her dental assistant Shureka consistently made sure procedure was handled with standard quality care. Thank you, you are appreciated.

Second time that I have had to wait for more than 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was there 15 minutes before the receptionist checked me in after signing the sign in sheet. She checked others in, that signed in after me, before me. Not sure why.
