This is the worst place I have ever eat at. Our waitress had an attitude, it took an hour to get our food and their was only a few people in their eating. She never came back to give us more drinks or silver wear and I received my food 15 mins after my families. Dont waste ur time or money here. Its worse then horrible, its a disgrace.

I wouldn't give this place one star if it was up to me. The food was so NASTY I wouldn't even feed it to my dog! The customers service was unbelievable. The manage on duty had a really bad attitude there was only one server that was working her behind off with at least 13 tables while this slump of a manager sat back and played on her phone. I ask the young lady could I speak with her manager about the food I had to send back twice because it was so burnt. The manger came to the table and I told hery food was burnt and how it had red hairs in it. This was her respond! " Well I know for sure your food wasn't burnt because I make it myself" So I told her will I guess not only you made my food but you left your hair in it as well since you do have red hair and all!! She was mad! Bit who cares. Do Not I repeat DO NOT wait your money oryour time at this place!!! It iisn't worth it!!!

I went to IHOP at 38th St indianapolis... awfull. There were a table with 4 Spanish kids crying during 30 min... mother didn't care about and manager didn't appear to take care of the situation. Costumers were upset and leaving asap... Food took 1 hour to arrived for 4 people and was cold. We usually love IHOP food but this time was really bad. Go to another IHOP this one doesn't Worth the money you will spend. Waste...

First, I like IHOP. But not this one. Food is sub part for IHOP and the service is horrid. Don't waste u our time or money.
