I was working on matters from California to Washington, D.C., in a variety of fields, from litigation to real estate to white collar criminal defense. But the best part was getting to know the practice group that was my primary interest: real estate. I was able to work for and build relationships with most of the real estate partners so when I came back as an associate, I already knew the work I would be doing and the people I’d be working with.
