Had a terrible experience with their PI service. Communication was deplorable. They didn't tell me when they were 'working' until I got an invoice. Next thing I knew I owed over $5,000. Glad I cut them off when I did or I would have been forced to harvest a kidney. They lost their tail twice, had terrible vantage points (gave me vehicle make but no license plate - thanks, now I've narrowed my search down to only 100,000 people!), 'revealed' to me information that was readily available with a simple Google search, and the straw that broke the camel's back - they got caught by the very people I hired them to monitor effectively making them just investigators as they were no longer private! I tried to talk them down on their price as a good faith gesture as I don't see how any respectable company could ask their client to pay for a total hack job. This is a warning to anyone looking for a PI in the Indianapolis area, avoid at all costs!

International Investigators has been a wonderfult service to work with. I first used them in conducting a background check on my babysitter for my son after his wife left him. The information was not only accurate, but very helpful. Then my ex-daughter-in-law started seeing some man who had somewhat of a shady past. I again contacted International Investigators and they provided me with a complete background check upon him, to include his arrests, criminal records, civil records and his driving history. We learned that he did not have a valid driver's license and he was driving my grandchildren around. International Investigators conducted a surveillance upon my daughter-in-law and her new boyfriend and obtained video of him driving the vehicle with the kids in the car and no seat belts or booster seats were used. This information was helpful in court when my son filed for custody of the children. He won, his ex-wife gets visitation (supervised) for now until further notice.
