It’s has good service and the food is ok.

Went in today. Food seemed to be microwaved. Waitress only there for a paycheck. Eaten there millions of times never had such poor service and food tasted like microwaved. Onion rings flopped, looked like were heated in a microwave. Mac-n-cheese just like store brand with foil package of cheese. Tried to speak to "cocky, assistant manager to bring to his attention and he was a Royal behind. I did not want anything free was trying to help him with customer service and he said he went and cooked more and was not like mine. Did he offer the newly cooked- NO. If you have money to throw away go there. If you want good food or better, choice some where else to eat. Gave them ZERO stars. Waitress must be married to assistant manager. She was just like him. Did he bother to come over after informed to say he was sorry- A BIG FAT NO. You have been warned!!!!!

I ate at the Sun Valley Cafe on 11/19/12 with a large group. The service was excellent, as was the food. Servings are quite large.

A couple of good things about this restaurant is that every meal comes with free soup and bread and the staff is really friendly. Other than that, the food is ok but definitely not the best quality. Some of the meat dishes, specifically the beef, came out kind of weird tasting. Also, several times I have ordered fries and almost every time they have tasted like they have been sitting out forever. I am not usually a picky person when it comes to food but my honest opinion is that it is not the best quality food.

I must say I enjoyed the visit on Wednesday more than any of the others. I usually eat there twice a week. Once for breakfast on Monday morning and then again on Tuesday for lunch with coworkers. The food is always good and the meals are resonably priced. The service is good also. The reason for my rating which I have never done for any other resturant before is this. This week we happened to go in on Wednesday for lunch instead of Tuesday and we were also running a little late from a very ruff morning at work. Our waitress was the best ever. I wish I could remember her name because we will request her from now on. I do remember she had a long ponytail with different colores of ties in it. She had a great since of humor and we enjoyed our meal. A lady I noticed came in just before we were leaving who also works there which we had never seen there before. She must be on the evenings. She spoke to all the employees then walked thru the entire dining room and spoke to every customer. How wonderful to see this. When we were ready to go a nice gentleman who later I was told is Pete the owner was at the register. We were joking about so of us not having any money and he and this lady were joking and laughing with us. Thank the three of you for a very pleasant time and if. I noticed you aren't very busy at lunch or breakfast the times I have been in there. The food is great and the prices are also. Maybe if more waitresses like the one we had and this other lady was there more during the day you would do more, Thanks and our company wishes you success and welcome to the neighborhood. I work at a local doctors office near by. We have been looking for a nice relaxing place to enjoy our lunch break. We have found it here with the great, fast , attentive service from the staff and the wounderful food. You will recieve a complimentary soup with your meal that is always great and you get roll and the best cornbread ever with your meals. It is garenteed you will leave happy. Everything we have had to eat there was great and the fast service a plus. We go atleast three times a week. And if you have time you must stop by to try the fulfilling great breakfast to get you day started right.FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE EVERYTIME WITH GREAT FOOD something we have been needing here in this area THANKYOU

FOOD IS VERY GOOD!! GREAT INEXPENSIVES PLACE TO GO AND EAT DURING LUNCH BREAK. SERVERS ARE QUICK AND ATTENTIVE.

The food is a little expensive, but every time I have been in there, I have had excellent,quick service. My mother works at a similar place and the food is better and less expensive than where she works. It comes with free soup and bread, so the prices are just about right, I think.

The food costs too much and it doesn't even taste that great. Most of the meat tastes like it's heavily processed. The fries have come out cold the few times that I ordered them. The atmosphere is pretty nice though.

Pros:

-The interior design is quite nice and a great place to eat in

-They have an extensive menu

-Service is decent



Cons:

-The food is somewhat overpriced and expensive

-Food isn't all that great...The sign says homemade but does not seem fresh at times.
