Walmart - Vision Center

There is no customer service. I was in the store today. I checked out in what I thought was the 20 item or less line. After I finished checking out and was walking away the cashier said to another employee, "I wish people could read or learn to count." I assume she must have been talking about me. I had 16 items. I did not look back to see if I had mistakenly gotten in a10 item or less line. Regardless she had no business saying disrespectful remarks about customers. No one cares whether you are there or whether you come back. Visit Publix and you'll see what customer service is which is where I will shop. No more at Wal Mart.
