To the owner..First off, no one is violating your store. And just because someone doesn't remember the name of their tech doesn't mean they don't have legitimate complaints. I moved to Hurst late last year and went in to get gel nail. I don't know what the tech did, but my nails were horrible. After a week the polish was coming off in layers revealing white underneath. I always get my nails done in black, so what was up with the white layers??? I've never gone back and never will. Also, my nails weren't painted completely. OMG PAINT ALL OF THE NAIL! ALL OF IT!

Such a sloppy job with my shellac manicure !!! The absolute worst ever !!! Very uneven, got nail polish on my nail beds and 2 days later, one of my nails already chipped ! Rediculous ! Felt very rushed and she didn't even do everything discribed in their deluxe package. The penicure was not really okay still not worth the money for that. Overall, they completely ripped me off and over charged me !!! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone !

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've been coming here since the summer and have received exceptional service every time. Both Cindy and Julie are great, as well as the other ladies. I love the clean atmosphere,as well as, the paraffin wax that comes at the end of a nail service. I believe the prices are reasonable and will continue to be a devoted patron.

By far the worst manicure I have ever gotten. While doing my cuticles, she nicked me on most of my fingers. She painted all of my nails with the color shellac that I have chosen and then blamed it looking bad on the color... so she just picked at and ripped the shellac off of every nail... which hurt too. She filled my nails down so much that she was filling against the skin; they ended up having no shape. By the time it was over... My nails looked worse then when I went in. She ended up putting a different color of shellac on, rubbed one arm with lotion, and walked away before even asking if I was satisfied. On top of it all, she was rude throughout . I would not recommend this girl (CINDY) work at V NAIL SPA to anyone.

At V Nail Spa I had a terrible experience. I went in for a pink and white fill. The nail tech cut every singe finger while drilling the nail down. Not just the outside of my finger, but my actual nail bed. The nail are not even and looks awful. One nail broke within an hour of me leaving the salon. The nail tech also tried to argue with me about not using gel to buff the nail. It was the worst experience. I will never come back.

Please, take my advice V NAIL SPA is a worst place in Hurst. I got an infection from them failing to rinse out the foot tub, and cutting my cuticles until they bled. Then I watched as they placed another women in my spot without rinsing. I could have had a disease!!! There will likely be a LAWSUIT headed their way. I also wonder if their paperwork is even correct, or if any of them truly have licenses. I suppose we will see...

DO NOT go to V NAIL SPA. The technician cuts my big toe nail with a cubicle trimmer!!! I screamed because it was excruciatingly PAINFUL. I wanted to burst into tears. It wouldn't stop bleeding. She was trying to make the bleeding stop by applying a cotton ball but it just wouldn't stop. I finally lifted the lid/tray and said "I got to go." I could barley walk myself to the front. I got up there and it was still bleeding. The manager came over and helped me cover it with a Band-Aid -over my freshly painted pedicure. I went home and cleaned it out, applied ointment and ended up having to actually ice it and elevate it. Still throbbing.

I like to share my bad, bad service at V NAIL SPA. I went to V NAIL SPA to get pedicure. The lady didn't scrub my feet well enough. I asked her several times to scrub more and even mediocre paint job. I don't think she understood or even cared. I knew my service wasn't going to be top notch, but like I said I was desperate for my foot attention. I am very disappointed the service I got from V NAIL SPA.

First time I have been to V NAIL SPA at 1324 precinct line Rd, hurst, Tx 76053 ( 817) 494 - 8812. I like to share my bad experience. I have had a regular pedicures for 15 years never once had a problem until now. The lady that tented to me took off my complete cuticles on both of my big toes. Which is a big Mistake. Removing the cuticles let's bacteria in and since the tools were not serialized properly. I got a fungus under my cuticles. It has been very painful. I only hope to help prevent someone else to have to go through a bad experience. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO V NAIL SPA.

V NAIL SPA is a worst place I ever been. I had a very bad experience during my visit. I paid extra money to have my feet scrubbed during a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure scrubbed so hard, she cut the side of my left foot. The cut got infected a few days later and would not heal. I ended up having to go to a podiatrist and taking antibiotics for a month. Aside from cutting my foot, the equipment used in this salon is obviously unsanitary and not cleaned property or I would not have gotten an infection. Please DO NOT GO TO V NAIL SPA.

YESTERDAY ON JULY 2ND I WENT TO V NAIL SPA TO GET PEDI, NAIL EMPLOYEE SCRUB MY HEEL TOO ROUGH AND MADE IT CRACK. EVEN I ASK HER TO BE GENTLE ON MY HEEL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS SERVICE, I HOPE NO CUSTOMERS WILL NEVER COME TO V NAIL SPA.

ON SATURDAY I WENT TO POOR V NAIL SPA 1324 PRECINCT LINE RD... HURST, TX 76053. ( 817 ) 494 - 8812 TO GET PED DONE. THERESA WAS CUTTING TOO DEEP AND MADE MY ENGROW BLEED. I DO NOT RECOGNIZE ANY COSTUMERS TO COME TO POOR V NAIL SPA TO GET PED ( ENGROW BLEED ) I NEVER COME BACK TO POOR NAIL SPA.

First of all I do apologize for what my technician said to you and your usually nail technician, as a professional Nails Salon we did the best to care our customers priority, and what they need for their nails, which the experience she just honestly to tell you what best for your nails, I'm sorry for what happened and hope you give us a try to come back to fix our mistakes, please ask for Cindy, the salon Manager to complete your services with out charge you to satisfy our experience.

I have been to a few nail salon and V Nails did good job in my Nail, they have a good service, the lady did my nail so nice and good job. I think I will come back.

I walked in needing a nail fix and was hoping to get a single line to match my toe color on my nails covering up the line on nails from getting tips put on. The last was rude and very pushy, I'm sorry I didn't know you can't fill in on dip nails, but the lady where I usually go just did what I asked told me that there would be lines, not really I didn't see them so I didn't care. The lady at V nails trashed my usual lady and told me that what I wanted wouldn't look good. She started filing on top nails with the orange color I chose and then proceeded telling me that I really need to have the glitter put on because otherwise they won't look good. I finally just conceded and told her to just do I need to go, and I'm sure I will live with it till I get a polish change next week.

and hour after I left the store, her polish job had flaked off on one hand, I went back to the store and the lady told me that it would cost more to fix. I left the store frustrated, the job wasn't right at al.

I come here for the pedi and mani and waxing , they have a beautiful salon , cleans and good service. Good pedicure and gel mani . They have a special 30% , I have a good deal with a good service, thank you V nails,
